Voices of Vision
Soroptimist International of the Americas is one of the organizations being showcased in Voices of Vision, a new televised documentary series on PBS. Voices of Vision features individual stories of people who have been helped or affected by non-profit organizations. Scott Simon of National Public Radio hosts the series.
Women Helping Women: A Tradition of Service, the episode featuring Soroptimist International of the Americas, was scheduled for airing in November. However, not all PBS stations follow the same schedule, and interested viewers are advised to check with their local PBS affiliate for times and dates.
