E-mail Addresses Needed

Governor Carol would like each club to provide an e-mail contact so that we can have quick communication between clubs. This type of electronic communication will be set up similar to a telephone tree. The committee prefers a permanent address, but if your club does not have one it can use, please find a member who would volunteer to monitor messages at her own Internet address. Some clubs are using one of the extra addresses of a member with AOL (they are allowed seven in all) or are using free sites. If you have not done so, send your Internet address to .

This will enable us to make contacts and send announcements with the touch of a key. We hope to link the whole region by e-mail. You will be able to let other clubs know about your fundraisers, as well as share and ask for information from other clubs. Let's join together electronically.
